Sofie Kilroy studied Biomedical Sciences, with a specialization in nutrition, at Ghent University (Belgium). She then obtained a doctorate at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, where her passion for the agricultural sector was born. Sofie has been working in the poultry sector for over 10 years. Currently, Sofie leads the European team in driving sustainability for poultry, focusing on reducing environmental impact at farm level and fostering partnerships across the supply chain for positive change.
