Paul Willems has been the Farm Sustainability Coordinator for Central Europe at Arla Foods since November 2022. He brings nearly 25 years of experience in the feed industry across Western Europe, North America, and Asia, with a focus on ruminant nutrition, dairy farm management, and agricultural practices.
Paul grew up in Odiliapeel, a village in The Netherlands, inspired by his family’s farming roots, and gained hands-on experience working on dairy farms in both the Netherlands and abroad. After starting his career as a dairy advisor, he held various roles in the feed industry, specializing in animal nutrition, feed efficiency, and sustainability.
